ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Mario was right all along! :tv:

I'd say -

------------Pasfield
Sainsbury - Wilko - Pat - Rose
-------------------Griff
---Weemac------------Hutch
-----------------McBreen
---Bernie--------------Kwas

Agree totally with that line up.

I think Hearfield's omission is a blessing as he is a waste of time as a starting striker and we lose the ace up the sleeve that he can be coming on for last 20-25 mins. Arnie thankfully will be forced to start Kwas, who is a far better striker than Hearfield.

My bench would be Crane, Gallagher, Rogic and Duke.

Nervous about this one but still think we will have too much for the Mexicans.

Very interesting to see how Sainsbury goes at RB as he appears to have really developed in the last 12 months.

I`m happy for Sainsbury as I think he has a lot of talent down the right side.
Bojic has those explosive bursts, that are exciting, but rarely amount to goals.
Whereas, Sainsbury loves to go forward but also attacks the by-line with cut-back crosses that,in time, will provide us with a more balaced attack & more goals.
It would be foolish of Bojic to pull a "contract" injury & give Sainsbury a look in. :ashamed:

Just saw your post on SFCU Mick - seems my idea worked!

:ashamed:

Either that, or he's properly f**ked his knee and we're using the insurance to tide him over for Y1 while he rehabilitates and give him a chance to return in Y2.

Awesome to see Duke get a crack. Been keen to see him play in the first team since watching him rip it up in youth last season... :pirashoot:

Good luck to the boys - won't be able to see the game as late kick-off coincides with work commitments; hope Sainsbury enjoys himself against Harry and Duke maintains his record of scoring in every A League game!

1-1 halftime

should be an interesting 2nd half... very fast game and they look very dangerous on the break and around the 18yd

Also only an extra 30sec on the four minutes added on? Do ref's occupy Tardises or something?

Shame about the red really, Peter seems to be a fairly decent Ref. Still i'd suspect it'll be appealled. If that's the new standard of red's then you might as well call this the Commie League.
