The run in 2010

4 games left to salvage something from our season.

We have remaining games against:

GCU (H)
Perth (A)
Scum (H)
Nux (A)

6th spot is currently held by Perth who have 27 points to our 26 and a game in hand (against Adelaide)

Their run in is:

Adelaide (A)
Nux (H)
CCM (H)
SFC (A)
Roar (H)

On paper an easier run in by far and if they simply win their home games, we will not be able to overtake them (according to my maths).

We simply have to win 4/4 but is it possible that the scum game can define our season? Are we going to have to suffer as they end our hopes.

I hope not

The big game will be the game between us. If we can knick a win there it becomes a lot closer. Also hope for a draw tonight in Adelaide.

For mine they should have Roar and Adelaide games in the bag, I don't really see them getting over Sydney and Nux will be a tight tussle then it is down to what happens between us.

If they get up over Adelaide and Nux then they will probably end our season in Perth

TBH I can only see us knicking at best 4 or 5 points in the next four rounds (an away win and maybe a draw or two at home). Should start blooding youth players IMO.

Don't believe we have to win 4/4......just need to get what we can and hang in there so we have a chance going into the last game. Perth are not playing well at the moment so they'll drop points. As an absolute minimum we have to win 2 and draw one out of the last 4, with the game against Perth an absolute must win. The situation will change week by week.

Tough call probs after a draw here. Perth win puts the 6 a bit more out of reach. Adelaide win puts them on equal points with us and the bottom just 1 point away.

This bottom half is very close, i think 3 wins would pretty much get us over the line, with one being against perth.

Friday is important to get something though, dont want to lose ground with 3 games to play
