ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Only one other A-League game has made me angrier than that game.

I hope we kick Sydney's butt all the way back down the F3! I hope Aloi$i misses a penalty and continues his scoreless ways! I hope we see Kosmina crying at the end of the game! I hope we get a huge crowd to celebrate a massive win!

GO YOU MARINERS!!!  :pirashoot: :pirashoot: :pirashoot:

1 year ago was the first time i managed to drag my gf along to a game. Now we couldn't imagine not going to a game! No better game to introduce someone to football, despite the fact we lost. So fired up for this one, revenge is due!

Never want to see THAT game again - awful tactics from Kosmina (kick everything that moves), terrible referee.

last time I checked a handball from a keeper outside the box is a straight red.

My prediction.... Petrovski breaks his leg, career over- Mass pitch invasion by travelling Sydney fans outnumbering the home 'cheerleaders' 100 to 1.

Bring it!

Then you need to learn the LAWS of the game......

Disciplinary sanctions
There are circumstances when a caution for unsporting behaviour
is required when a player deliberately handles the ball, e.g. when a
player:
deliberately and blatantly handles the ball to prevent an opponent
gaining possession
attempts to score a goal by deliberately handling the ball
A player is sent off, however, if he prevents a goal or an obvious goalscoring
opportunity by deliberately handling the ball. This punishment
arises not from the act of the player deliberately handling the ball but
from the unacceptable and unfair intervention that prevented a goal
being scored.

Thus if a non goal scoring opportunity only a YELLOW card - Brosque was 10 mtrs away - should only have been a yellow - also the ball actually hits the left side of his chest first as it skips of the wet surface - YELLOW CARD - READ THE LAWS -

I'm just waching the live score update on the HAL website...what did Danny get the Yellow for?? I assume it was the penalty that Aloisi scored from? and what was the penalty that got Mile the goal from the spot?
