Would love to see Hutch sit on the bench just to give him a kick up the arse, plus Porter in a midfield role with his crossing could work wonders? Clark against Bridge would also be better IMO, Porter didn't handle him too well at SFS.
Lawrie will probably go with Porter at RB and leave Hutch in the middle meaning Clarky on the bench, will be interesting to see whether he sticks with Caceres behind the front 2 or goes back to the 3 up front tactic, I believe we played better on Saturday when we had the 3 up front again but then again we were chasing the game.
Many people would want Gumps to start after last week, but I say bench him and use him to get the fans reactions again to boost players and supporters!
I hope Osman doesn't play in the midfield again...........please Lawrie unless Mile is injured leave him on the bench.
Although Sash had a poor game last week he'll be well up for Sydney so keep him on the park!
Not often I agree 100% in selections with another person, but +1!
Hutch deserves a rest on the bench to cool his ego by the sounds of it, plus he's been lacking decisiveness in his game lately.
You would want some quality outside backs to stop crosses coming into Aloisi, so running with Porter at RB might give you speed but his defense positioning can sometimes be caught out, which Bridge has exploited. Clarkey out wide has enough speed but he has the more defensive game. A better choice for Porter at RM, where he can link up with Simon.
Will be interesting to see if Wilko and Bojic get a run as CBs. Lawrie has a liking for one tall CB and one more mobile, but please Lawrie, not O'Grady!
There were earlier reports about Mile having an injury and if that happens, I'd throw Osman on in his place. On the rare occasion Osman has filled this role, he has done well enough. Content to leave him on the bench though.
