Mick doesn't play it he let's it run by itself don't you?

This was the most important question in the bay on Saturday - Mick, we need an answer!!!

no sim mode otherwise mariners will lose every match

i always play career mode so when i go back to exhibition match for these games  it is harder and i don't improve

It's a six-pointer. Sydney will have had a shot in the arm from winning in Newcastle, albeit they did so by being only slightly less crap than their opponents. Sure, they won in Gosford in Round 2 albeit factors have changed for both teams since- defence is still a problem for both sides but the main tormentor-in-chief for Sydney that day, Steve Corica, has faded in form following his bright start to the season.

The other thing is that you've still got players to return from injury and once there's a full squad to pick from the team will hopefully be in a finals position.

Good post David, I think you summed things up well.

Boys and girls, apart from any possible finals matches, this is the game of the season. Far and away the most important match thus far.

If we are going to make the finals, this is the time to stand up and show what we are capable of.  As David said, this is a classic six pointer. We lose this and we are in trouble. It's as simple as that.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think we've beaten the choppers with Kosmina in charge. Remember these are historically the best games in the HAL.

I hate the choppers more than the scum. They are dirty, filthy hackers and are an embarassment to the HAL on and off the field. Truly the underperformers in every sense. Their instability, their coach, their crowds, their performance on the pitch, their inability to connect with the Sydney public is diabolical. If it wasn't so serious it would be funny.

I haven't been this fired up since last season's GF. Do whatever you have to do to get every single person you can to turn up on Saturday night. This is more than a Football match, this about about being a proud Coastie and we a have a whole lot more to be proud of than those pricks down the road.

Wear yellow and sing like you've never sang before. Our boys need our passion more than ever. And if you need inspiration, think back to twelve months ago. As Midfielder has said many times, those pricks absolutely hacked and maimed us in that game. So get off that grey chair that says bears and show the rest of the country we are a Football town and that we are more passionate about our club than anyone else in the country.

We all follow a yellow Football team. Farken fire up people.

I have this horrible feeling that Aloi$i will score against us.

mmm. cant shake that feeling either

It's not going to be a pretty goal either. hopefully the vitriol inceases afterwards towards him though.

unless someone gets marched I doubt it will be a high scoring game.

2-1 (Disco Nik, Caceres and Aloisi) hoping it's a heart breaker goal for Sydney a minute to go like in Perth

3-1 to us, crowd 12555. Caceres, Simon, Hutcho with a left-footer, Bridge for them early on. Bolton to make a catastrophic error, again.

If anyone throws a bunger at a ball-person again, I have one word of advice...RUN.

Oh yes, be proud to wear Yellow & Blue. Narcissitic half-wit numbnuts that draw attention to themselves for doing otherwise should be supporting Newcastle United FC.

I always like traveling up to Gosford. Hopefully will be another entertaining evening like last year. I expect at least 11k for this clash. No doubt the sydney lads will turnout in big numbers.
Looking forward to it :D.
This will be a very even match, both sides are capable of winning it and losing it.
Can't wait.

Does anyone remember the corresponding fixture last year, when they had the team lineups come up on the bigscreen, and Branko Culina was put up as the Sydney coach, even though Kossie had been in power for about 2 months...just a random thought

2-2 by the way

Crowd, 11ish

Hard to go past your predictions.

Bullard's goal was brilliant by the way, from bringing it down in the centre circle to start the move, bursting forward with speed, and a sweet finish.
