ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Rd 6 - Scum/spooners/Hub Cap stealers etc vs CCM

We'll actually it IS TRUE!

It Kicked-Off exiting the stadium, 30-40 Scummers lying in wait.

Little 'Green Jacket' Scummer was the main instigator, dog-punched me to side of the head, running up to me from the side out of my view. He had 3-4 yellow shirts grab him instantly as one coastie bloke- shaved head with a beard ('Radar'???) gave him an absolute hiding with elbows & punces to the head.

Pete Prior had someone on him behind all of this. Cops came in on Pete, pushing and shoving to break it up. A girl went to ground, don't know if she was hit or just shoved to the ground.

'Green Jacket' Scummer just kept reappearing through the carpark, yelling at the 30-40 Scummer's to "come-on let's get'em !".

The cops werent interested in them, just pushing and shoving anyone in yellow, as if 'we're the away supporters' so this must be all our instigation.

Whereas it was the exact opposite, the Scum - again and again trying to start a full blown brawl as everyone was just trying to move on as asked by the zealous cops. I had a 13yo coastie kid get double palmed to the chest standing next to me, just fly 3 mtr backwards landing on his arse.

Pete Prior was still raging so 6-7 Police bundled him off, taking him away from the group. After having a chat to him they then let him go.

The NSW Police & E-Group Security ARE an absolute JOKE.
I saw the whole thing too

I saw about half a dozen scum heading toward the tail of the main yellow group heading to the southern end as we were heading to the northern carpark. I immediately worded up the coppers and security wh were heading in that direction and told them that some idiot was bound to go in swinging randomly. They basically went "yeah, whatever".

It's f**king stupid because we'd already had the little f**kers trying to start shit twice in the second half, and our lot were *not* instigators. We've got hotheads, but it was kept pretty cool generally.

Not surprised to hear what Rowdy's said. Need to adjust their procedures there. Away buses should be in northern carpark, there should be police etc. around away supporters heading to the station.

This is why people ought to either drive or get the bus, and it's why *lots* of Mariners supporters simply don't go there anymore.

Scum, pure and simple.
I agree there needs to be more security for away supporters cos I saw the ice pipe derby last week on TV & saw the amount of security that the RBB had in the away bay

After 10 yrs of the League I'm absolutely astounded at the ineptitude of security and the police at managing their responsibilities at these games. FFA & Stadium Management are also to blame. The entrance behind the Away Bay supporters SHOULD have been opened for ALL CCMariners fans to exit through. The busses could have been parked exactly there, for those catching it, to step straight on after walking through the gate.

I can understand NOT having it 'open' for entering the stadium due to costs with staffing, BUT on exiting you dont need anyone other than the police to ensure away supporters safety.

Police/Security - no make that JUST Police should be in FRONT of away fan's when walking out, NOT behind herding us like feral cats.

NSW Police ........Ever heard of the term 'Frontline Management' ??? Yeah well this would be it.

If I ever were to catch the train home again I'd definitely be taking a hoodie with me for the walk to the station, having it zipped right-up, with NO Yellow in sight.

Otherwise you run the risk of being bashed or worse, stabbed by some teen who's not brave to do anything unless he has a minimum of 4-5 mates for necessary, absolute necessary back-up.

Q. Is E-Security the same company that does our security at The Tongue ???

To be fair, a scummer and his 2 mates (1 in a bucket hat) mouthed off as we were walking out. He had a green coat on (pwoper stone island copy) and he obviously fancied himself.

(one of our number may have said something along the lines of "not so cocky are you now you little c" - not me - seemed to inflame him a bit)

When we turned round and addressed them in colloquial coastie (guess), they called us C's and carried on walking. Didnt seem to fancy it wth equal numbers 1 little bit.

I think buses being right outside the gates is a smart idea for next time though.

I`ve done my share of refereeing over the years but can someone please explain to me the difference between:-
a) The Newcastle striker taking a clear dive & not getting a yellow & Caceres being tapped at full flight & copping a yellow for simulation
b) McGing mistiming his tackle & copping a red (fair enough) the minutes later Caceres (I think it was) copping a high kick up above the thigh & no red
c) Why wasn`t Trifunovic yellow carded for removing his shirt?

There just doesn`t seem to be any consistency & it`s getting so bad I think TW needs to have a chat with the referees boss for some clarification.
I`d hate to think that there was one rule for them & another for us......:tinfoilhat:

Outstanding. What a bunch of flogs. Dead set...

[Edit] best thing about that is I recognise a few of the dickheads from yesterday. As stated earlier, I didn't see the 'action' later but I'm sure those who did could ID some of the morons from this pic.
I thought their how to guide would have said to retain some anonymity, yet 'green jacket' can be clearly ID'd and some may even know his full name ;)
