Watched the replay last night. We were farken loud. Awesome.

Good result, we are obviously a work in progress and i can't see us hitting our straps till about the 5th game. When we do though, we will be some team. I think we have alot more improving to do than any other team.

Last year most teams were a joke apart from us and the drive bys.

This year the other teams (apart from Sydney) have recruited well and the managers are more settled.

If will be much harder this year and we are not well organised yet.

In Arnie and Mossy I trust but Arnie might have to earn his corn this year and be more ruthless with his selections.

Hopefully WeeMacs quality can paper over most of the cracks.

A bit of sour grapes from the Melbourne press this morning, the Herald Sun referring to the first penalty as a nothing and calling for a complete revamp of the refereeing system and use something similar to the AFL and get former players to be refs... right mates. Whatever.

SMH wasn't much better. Article on one page talking about dubious 1st penalty; photo on opposite page clearly showing Matty being manhandled, and the caption saying Kisnorbo giving away the pen. Pretty poor editing.

Finally somebody else has said it, I legit thought it was local porn until about two weeks ago.

Haha...it has taken 2 years for someone to mention this? I'm sure there is some local porn but not at mine. At least not often anyway.
