Opponents like Reddy and J Rose acting immaturely is just grist to our mill.

I haven't read anything to suggest Josh Rose was "acting immaturely...", nor have I heard anything to suggest that he would have snubbed Monty in the way that Reddy did. In fact my understanding is that he and Monty maintain a very good relationship.

I think it's a bit over the top to criticise him for being a friend of Reddy's, and for socialising with him. As far as I'm concerned Rosie has been a stalwart for the club and deserves respect.

As for Reddy, well he deserves everything he gets.

Stopped participating in 442 forums for this reason. Lot of clueless shit throwers and trolls and unfortunately most of the people who do have genuine knowledge have proved themselves to be absolute tossers imo. Waste of life. Better discussions on here - and the criticism is 'usually' a lot more thoughtful and valid. Like BA said, I only go there for the articles now.

But your bang on. There is a very strong anti mariners narrative that has been egged on by the media and was easy to inspire... most reasons I hear are simply not true. Fox pundits its personal and they also want their glitz and glamour - not regional ol us. But I think when it comes to other teams fans, beyond standard tribalism, and media beat up, the real reason is that we have been an upstart punching above our weight from day one. But there are still some out there who appreciate our club too.

Doesn't matter though. We're dug in like a tick now and we'll come good and drive them all mental again.

That whole Forum is disgusting and toxic, bullying anyone who has even a slightly differing opinion on the game. I try and reply sometimes to try and give a tiny bit of balance to the constant bile spewed by a majority of them but 95% of the time that place is more trouble than it's worth. My only regret from that game was that the grandstands never joined in the "Reddy is a wanker" chant as he was slithering towards the tunnel. How sweet would've it been if the whole crowd was chanting the same thing as the slimey piece of shit was heading for the change rooms!

Just watched replay and thank god most of us where at the game and didn't see the fox coverage.
Slater dead set whinged the entire second half about everything, peacock even said your in the mood today.
Was complete sour puss.

Bingham did link nicely with fab, a few times he came to the ball and laid it off for Fab who then hit the winger. Was lovely play and where Roy would maybe stay on the shoulder or not have the size of Bingham to get to the ball first. Played well together.

Trent definitely yellow not red could see a good angle where slide in front not in back of Perth

Posco should have been given a Red, foot up studs up at right angle and slides into foot of Perth. The only thing that saved him was the contact wasn't hard and Perth players didn't make the meal of it that City did.
