I checked with the rellies in the netherlands ...and he reckons Seip has played in the mids...no idea if that helps the thread

. it's not something that i would have thought from his play ... he does seem uncomfortable on the ball (as wombat mentioned). to me it doesn't make sense to put a player (who many on here don't rate too highly) into a new position with the expectation he is going to revolutionise the way we play

Not so much Seip but his wife.
She comes from a very close knit ,well off family.
Her sister & friends are models so there`s a lifestyle of glamour that she would miss.
