ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

I didn't mind the Arnie cash stunt. He could have just laughed it off.
But he's a whinger. When he was our coach whinging about everything it was great.
Now he's a whinger somewhere else. The fact he took Crawley & Clarke are hard to take.
Clarke had to follow after Japan. Crawley probably thought he'd be better off there.
I do find it annoying seeing them on TV. Better last season when you saw Arnie
looking miserable.

The "Arnie Ca$h" stunt

Ah yes, thanks. Out of curiosity, who else was really bothered by it? Remember Arnie saying he wasn't. But I don't think that was true. Not a smart move all in all, probably helped divide the dressing room and that combined with Moss sacking and entertainment mantra really did put a target on our backs that we've been struggling to shake. But Stadler is gone. He was the one responsible no? Or did he just do the official apology?

In spite of Arnie's current rhetoric he actually supported CCMFC since day 1. He was as at the first Grand Final at our end wearing a Mariners tie. He always had links with the club through Lawrie and it was natural that we were the one to give him a go when his name was poison coaching wise. I'm sure he still loves the Coast - though he does have problems with our current owner. Equally - I'm sure that our current owner - though he was very happy with the Grand Final win - is still struggling with the financial troubles of the time.
Yet at the same time trumpeting a supposed profit last season which was largely due to the sell on fee recieved from a player developed under Arnolds watch

The club should have received 200,000 Euros for the Trent Sainsbury move last year as well as 350,000 Euros for Anthony Caceres to Manchester City.

He's not wrong though, is he
I thought this had been discussed and it was established there was a difference between operating profit and something else? I can't remember exactly what the outcome was. Although I'm sure Shaun would answer the question if asked.
I'll bang the drum whilst you continue to sing from the CCM song sheet
Shall do :)
