Have to keep looking for the positives in seasons like this. And last season. And the season before that.
Like WSW match I really enjoyed the game, very open, chances both ways. It was frustrating to get so close and we deserved a point.
The style and structure continues to improve. Agree that Mickey Neill appears out of his depth this season and that Posco should be the starting RB (wherever he may be). He was being double teamed by Petratos and Borello in the first half though and not getting a lot of support down the left.
To put it into perspective though, Roar's starting 11 included 3 current Socceroos, 2 former Socceroos and a former Danish international. Their keeper has won 5 A League championships. They bring off the bench the 2 time Johnny Warren medalist and a former La Liga winger.
Love Trent, but yeah it was hard not to chuckle/groan when off the bench we bring on an 18 year old playing his first year of HAL.... and they bring on Broich. Who then for all intents and purposes goes on to win the game for them.
