Great post, I sorta feel the same way.I'm looking forward to this game in a bizarre kind of way. I'm expecting to lose... and lose convincingly. As such, the pressure of expectation is removed. I can concentrate on looking for the little things in our play that 1) give me joy, and 2) give me hope.
The only thing I would add is that these kids need to know that we understand that they are doing it tough.
So we need to get behind them and sing loud and proud, regardless of the result.
Never before have they needed us the fans to get behind them, to keep them going until the reinforcements arrive.
