That's the jokeI'm referring to the red. The point your referencing is the supposed handball
ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

The only thing that could actually achieve anyone feeling better about this would be to overturn the red given to Rowles.
The result isn't going to change, the points are gone, they are going to do a rematch. BUT they could do that as a gesture of, yep he f**ked it, have this player back
woosh!!That's the joke
It is all very well to say the got it wrong. The on field referee can make mistakes.‘We got it wrong’: Refs boss’ admission after controversial calls cost Mariners

In all fairness, Rowles is still responsible for his actions regardless of the referee's actions. The only thing that could actually achieve anyone feeling better about this would be to overturn the red given to Rowles.

THISIt's meant to be a professional sporting code, with millions of dollars going into it, how does this sort of shit keep happening with the main "product". What a disgrace. Embarrassing. Can't expect anyone to take us seriously if we can't get this stuff right.
Yeah thought I'd be over it by now, but the whole thing is just galling. Woke up in a rotten mood, didn't want to look at the forums. Mrs. greenlig has very politely listened to every article and tweet I've read out, even going so far as to agree "it was indeed a cooked match."I’m still absof**kinglutely seething.

You could have the result overturned and his red would still stand.
Love to know what he said, only rumours around though
I can confirm from an extremely reliable source rowles said to the ref “you're a f**king disgrace”
Absolutely, they came out strong giving their all, and were launching at us for about ten minutes, but our defence was also excellent throughout even though they dominated possession and territory, and I was going well they won't be able to keep this up. Then we start to get some control, then we score, then we start to run over the top of them. Their bench is losing it's shit and we clearly look a class above. Then Mauk (what an absolute spineless douche of a player he is) dives... Worse case should have been we win 2 nil. But they would have been even easier to beat without the referees help. Probably would have given them a hiding. They looked like a team ready to break to me. But then their goal brings in the crowd, shuts up the bench and galvanised them.We had them on the ropes twice and they were gifted penalties back in to the game. The natural progression of turning the screws was taken away last night by horrible unwarranted decisions.
Mauk is a proven, repeat diver. Diving is cheating. I don't like cheating or diving. So I don't like Mauk. There is no doubt in my mind we should have beaten a very average Adelaide side irrespective of the ridiculous penalties. However, those 3 decisions were simply horrendous! Kurt Ams has had an issue with CCM for some time and truly should not be allowed to officiate a CCM game again unless he can clearly and precisely explain why those calls were made and how they are, in any way, justifiable in light of the VAR’s role and his obvious influence over the referee. As for the celebrations re Juric scoring a hat trick, I’m sorry but 3 pens is hardly a great day out for a striker (other than on the scoresheet and the skill it takes to convert from the spot).
I hold no malice towards Adelaide because they simply took advantage of the situation. After the first pen, Maulk realised he could milk another and did so with Nesbit. While I dislike gamesmanship, I do not blame a player taking advantage of the circumstances, particularly when his side is in a hole. The fault clearly lies primarily with Kurt Ams and he should be stood down at the very least for incompetence and more likely, something far more sinister...

Great, so now we're giving red cards for clear, evidence based facts.I can confirm from an extremely reliable source rowles said to the ref “you're a f**king disgrace”
This in spades.Absolutely, they came out strong giving their all, and were launching at us for about ten minutes, but our defence was also excellent throughout even though they dominated possession and territory, and I was going well they won't be able to keep this up. Even with their confidence up and our massive levels of frustration, you could see we were much better side. And that's what there is to be excited about. f**k the incompetence and the result. It's clear to see, the Mariners are the best team in the comp right now. And I don't reckon that's changing any time soon, regardless of what the ladder does.
Totally agree and he is deserving of the social media backlash he is receiving. The Refs caused this so why don’t you thank them Mauk for giving you a terrible reputation. Soo many bad feelings out if this game and all because of two corrupt Refs. We didn’t deserve it, AU don’t deserve it nor does Mauk and all they say is sorry we got it wrong. Not good enough.Mauk is a proven, repeat diver. Diving is cheating. I don't like cheating or diving. So I don't like Mauk.
Bottom line, he conned the referee with his cheating, and got away with it because the referees are utterly incompetent and or unprincipled cheats. Don't blame AU. But last night Mauk was at the heart of bringing the game into disrepute. There's a reason why diving is a serious yellow card offence, and is so looked down on, and why a player can be referred to the match review panel. It destroys games, shows disrespect to your fellow professionals and makes a mockery of our code.
Mauk doesn't get a pass just because the referees on the night couldn't see through his cheating. He shares the blame. If he plays fair, none of this embarrassing blight on Australian football happens.
It is all very well to say the got it wrong. The on field referee can make mistakes.
But what I cannot understand is how an idiot with a screen and countless replays cannot see what Delovski could see.
Delovski states they need more training.
Are referees less trained than all the commentators?
Are they less trained than everyone else who watched the game?
How do you provide more training in what is plainly obvious?
Is Ams that simple?
"Now try to remember Kurt, 2 + 2 = 4. Practise this all week and we will ask you again to see if you can get it right next time."
