Monty didn't set the world on fire in his first three games. Probably wasnt as bad as what we are in right now but this gaffer has had f**k all time with this squad. We need to be realistic. Plus this squad isn't his and is no where near last year's right now. If they stay together maybe next year we'll see a more cohesive side.
