I don't believe the rumour anyway, Sporting Lisbon wouldn't take a injury prone player like Perez. They could easily find a player of equal or greater skill in a talent pool much larger than ours.

If the rumour is correct I`m guessing he has "family" in Portugal

If it is true, think Spanish or Portugese is his home lingo and more frequently spoken over there, so one would think that going to Portugal would be easier for him to integrate into the lifestyle better.

Perez is in a different class than Travis. But this would be hurt me twice, shame on me stuff.

Really hope Rogic doesn't go to MV for his own sake. Rogic was easily the most exciting young player last year.

I don't like our talent sitting on benches. But I think the kids a class above and should be going OS. IMO, best young A league prospect we have seen with the only notable exception of Matty Ryan. Rogic >>>> Tommy Oar or Leckie for mine. Otherwise he should stay with us.

As to a number #10 replacement... I don't understand? Won't we find and sign some untested junior who promptly carves the league apart?

Isn't this how all the other clubs do it as well?
