ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Any manager of peoplewill tell you that you cant afford to get to close to your team members but you must be close enough to be able to have an influence. Its a tough one.

V hard to tap a mate on the shoulder and tell him its time to go.

One of the successes that Bennett has with his style is as mentioned, the changing of coaching staff this brings new ideas as well as the "spy" quantity with it, as in how does past team like to play against us and individual players, bennett and co sponge this up. As Ive mentioned before, legendary NRL coach Jack Gibson, would only stay at a club for three years because he could not teach or motivate his players beyond that.

Why not? The Scum went from Grand Final winners to spooners in less than a calendar year. And unless they have an amazing reversal of form in the remaining two games, Adelaide will go from Grand Finalists to bringing up the rear of a 10-team comp in a season.

It's a damn site easier to go down than it is to go up. Sydney & CCM in V2, Melbourne in V3, Hawthorn in the last AFL season, all grand finalists and three of them GF winners. Those are ones that come immediately to mind, there are probably more.

Sadly this appears to be the scenario.
In the next few weeks they will announce that LM will continue to honour his contract for next year. However upon completion of the WC, LM will decide in the best interst of the club or his family he will step aside thus allowing GA to take the reins.

Yeah Moss is the Manly coach... Interesting

I wonder if Arnold has any connection to Moss or its just a board decision.
