Mate did a lot of travelling at your age ... sleep can be a huge issue ... take a tip ... go to a GP ... get some mild sleeping pills .. grab a couple of good nights slepp and throw the rest away ... if in a couple of weeks same thing is still happening ... make another visit... repeat get two or three good sleeps then throw the rest away...

What happened to the possession football with 4-4-2 narrow diamond Arnold was so keen on? There has been more long balls than under McKinna. McGlinchey is the only creative player who continues to hold the ball well, however no one is giving him any support. Simon, Huchinson and Porter continually turnover possession.

We need to work more for each other, move into space and play simlple, quick passes if we are to break them down and get a result.
