ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

I think Saturday is a much better option, you'd have a day to recover before work, it's more family friendly. I guess there's some things going for Sunday, but Saturday seems much better.
I think in the UK they have finals on Sundays too for the same reason?  Is that right DJ?

Nope - these days the League Cup final (Carling) is on a Sunday as it is shown live on TV and as there are EPL and Football League games played on the Saturday the final is on the Sunday so as to not clash with those games. Many moons ago when the game wasn't shown live it was on the Saturday. The FA Cup Final is still on a Saturday as no other games are played that day.

I didn't even see that question for me sorry Alicia......Sacko's spot on though.

Saturday 3pm kick off for the FA Cup, it always has been and always should be! (unless it's a replay, but it of course now goes to a shootout which is a shit way to finish a cup final)

Especially if you lose on penalties after leading 2-0 and then 3-2 in extra time with only injury time remaining - bloody Stevie G - why can't he do that for England!

Please let Song play.. He passes to our guys better than anyone else on our team.. I was watching some highlights today and saw Song deliver a beautiful pass to Gumps...  :piralaugh:

GVE was just on Total Football....... he said something about "a few of our boys sneaking into the Mariners area because they hadn't sold all their tickets".

He's either sh*t stirring or he knows something we don't.  Anyone in a sh*t-stained jersey on Sunday is NOT welcome down our area, end of story.

FIRE UP!!!!!

Beat me serious.

:redcard: NOT WELCOME
Let it be on Gary's head whatever happens to those idiots. "I think he opens his mouth before he thinks." Are we sure he wasn't talking about himself.
I'll call  the FFA about this, make security remove ANYONE in Jets colours or cheering the jets in CCM's three bays.

the a-league has proved that socer is the best sport in the world...i dont car what league ppl say...i have never been to a league game where ppl chant and sing club songs for 90 minutes or have as much passion as i have witnessed in the a-league...give it 2-3 more years and soccer will be the most dominant sport in australia...especially as we enter asia...

I watched that as well and it annoyed me so much typical Newcastle arrogant as always anyway I liked Lawries reply when they aid there were probley stil tickets left on our buses he sad he was sure the Newcastle fans would get those tickets as well lol
Also about te bullying comment, he said lot's of things come down the F3 and we just let them got Brilliant stuff Lawrie : )

Yea - Lawrie was all class - Dutchy looks like a rabbit caught in the headlights. I'm sure there is a lot of bravado from Dutchy overlaying a large feeling of being out of his depth.

can't help but have a laugh at the fact that the newcastle supporters tickets got sold out before the marinators.. I mean, they have to travel further after all.. I guess some people were waiting for dole checks to come through? but in all seriousness, I don't understand that.

Gosh, Nigel Boogaard's changed!

Mattsy: Mick stated earlier that the Mariners section actually contains more tickets than Newcastle's section, so that could explain it, I also question if all of Newcastle's section is the Squadron. Any of your fans in our bay may not last long in the SFS  :popo:

1. Cove end is bigger
2. The Marinators Club released a number of ticket back to ticketek on Monday, so allocation was no longer exhausted
3. Not all areas were opened up prior to going to sale to the general public

Understand now?.......
