Something shifty about that...
McBreen to cover AM or striker3 strikers on the bench?

I think you are pretty close...unless Hutch goes DM and then McG switches to left and Pelle comes to the right; prefer first option as less disruptive.Line-up guesses anyone?

With his piece having been said, Wellington Phoenix coach Ricki Herbert now waits to see if anyone heard him.
Livid at the refereeing performances of Gerard Parsons and Jared Gillet, in his team's latest outings, Herbert went so far as to suggest there was an Australian agenda to thwart the Phoenix's A-League progress.
But having blown off that steam, following Sunday's 2-0 defeat at home to the Brisbane Roar, the coach is now prepared to give the referees the benefit of the doubt, at least until after Saturday night's away clash with the league-leading Central Coast Mariners.
"From our point of view, what I've said to Mark Shields, the refereeing co-ordinator, is [we] just [want] a fair and equal chance," Herbert said ahead of today's departure for Gosford.
"At the end of the day they make decisions and we have to accept those ... as long as we get feedback and they listen to our feedback, then that communication stays pretty strong.
"So we closed the lid on it [with Shields] the other day in a formal and professional way and we'll see what happens this week."
Herbert went on to say that the Phoenix had their own chances to win or draw the Roar match and it was not Gillet's fault they didn't. But his concerns about the officiating remain justified, given some of the other happenings in the last round.
Melbourne Heart's Curtis Good received two yellow cards, against the Newcastle Jets, only for referee Ryan Shepheard to somehow forget to send him off. Then there was Trent Sainsbury's questionable straight red card in the Mariners' loss to the Melbourne Victory.
Decisions like those change seasons, as two of Gillet's might yet do. The Phoenix will meet the Mariners minus captain Andrew Durante and midfielder Tim Brown, after both received dubious yellow cards against the Roar.
Herbert nominated Ben Sigmund as the early favourite to wear the captain's armband, much to the likeable defender's surprise.
"Nah, it hasn't really been mentioned yet. You guys know more than me," Sigmund said to reporters yesterday.
"I guess there's s number of candidates, like [Chris] Greenacre and [Mark] Paston and myself, so if I get it it would be a great honour and I'd be absolutely rapt."
Brent Griffiths will probably replace Durante in the middle of defence, while Nick Ward, Manny Muscat and Vince Lia were in the mix to play in midfield, Herbert said. Daniel will travel with the team today.
