Bent had slept with Herds missus and led to Herd taking time away from footy

So the 1yr deal is the in thing hey.

Everyone from Mulvey down effectively in a 1yr trail.

Good, in you can get rid of the under performers but are exposed to losing successful players and coaches especially considering we will always be out paid

So now you know the two signings I mentioned and as for the English striker, the tea leaves are suggesting the letters ALF.

Meanwhile, prolific Holland Park Hawks striker Marek Madle is this week trialling with A-League club Central Coast Mariners, who are coached by former Brisbane Roar championship-winning mentor Mike Mulvey.

“I love it here at the Hawks and I am very much enjoy playing alongside some very talented players in the FQPL but when I was offered an opportunity to trial with an A League club I just had to give it a go,” Czech attacker Madle told the Hawks website.

“It’s early days and there are no guarantees but just being asked is reward enough.”

That article is amusing. Kosmina asked if he want to continue coaching Brisbane City of they got into the A-League. He says "nah nah nah nah not interested. I mean I would, definitely, but nah hey"
