ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Erik Paartulu has been released from his Qatari club. Don't think he would suit us personally, what do you guys think?
Scared the shit out of me when he was in ange's brisbane .
But last time he was here he was very ordinary and lazy .

I'd rather chapman

I don't think we'd need flores to trial. Pretty sure they'd be fairly confident in what they were getting with him.
I'm looking forward to see where this goes

It's not Flores.
While I think he'd be a hit off the field, I don't think he'd be setting the world alight on it. Don't get me wrong, love the bloke, but just think the league has passed him by a bit.

Agree. He had a beautiful touch, and good vision when he was with us, but he already seemed a little bit off the pace prior to his injury. If this was the signing, it would be completely underwhelming. However it would still be an upgrade, which says a lot about our previous recruitment of playmakers.

My heart would be stoked with this signing but my head would sadly be underwhelmed as you say.

The fact it's even being speculated on speaks volumes of our current playmates capacity..

Would not be too upset with Flores.
When he was with us last time it was under moss' coaching and I can remember our players giving him the ball and then standing still watching him (waiting for miracles to happen).
With decent coaching in this team, if fit, he could be good.
If it is him, the trial could be to see how good his body is.

The one HAL club he would be truly crazy to leave us to join unless it's a significant pay upgrade.

We've had our dark days, but the jets have been a shambles from beginning to end. Off field, I don't hate Newcastle, but the lifestyle and warmth of the coast and its population is simply not a like for like swap.

Also he's loved here and the future looks bright under a good coach.

Only positive is that it's nice to see the Scum working hard to stoke the fires of our hatred for them again.

I've previously said loosing Roy wouldn't be devastating but I'd like to keep.

That of course doesn't include him going to the Jets. That is in no way aloud.

Is that why Laurie was there on NYE checking out what he can't have.

More important than ever to get Roy some service in January

Ok sounds like we've missed this little Argy, but at least they know that's the position we need
