We trialled & rejected him like 3 or 4yrs ago. There must have been a reason. Can't see why we would go back to something we didn't like.

It's probably worth bearing in mind that our team needs were different then, and he was probably a less developed player then.
I'm not sure that the results of the trials then, count for much. Arnie may have felt that Bernie or WeeMac were better options then...

I don't think there's much risk of that, presumably he has his visa and any of his family that might need it has one too, so he's not likely to be left alone quite like that.

Mane left due to personal issues. As a player, he wasn't better than what we've got playing in his position. He was just another Mossy mistake.

I dunno. He wasn't on field much and I don't think you can make such a sweeping statement about him given the lack of game time. FWIW from what I saw early on I thought he showed promise. It's a pity that the personal problems overpowered him. Not Moss's fault at all.

I don't agree with this part of your post. Reddy has, on occasions, been a superb keeper. I think you're letting the recent game where our backs put him out to slaughter as his general form. imho that's not the case.

I'd rather win 7-6 than grind out nil all draws. I'm not saying we shouldn't worry about our defence, we definitely need to improve there, but people want to see goals and goals win matches.

In spite of his mistakes, I actually rate Zac Anderson, next to an experienced, cool-headed CB...
I thought he showed himself to be fairly useful at times both next to Sainsbury and Zwaanswijk. Plus he certainly has more development potential than Bosnar... I sort of still have hopes for Griffiths too, I've said it before, but if he could get rid of that one major stuff up he seems to have every game, I think he'd be an excellent CB. So again, if we could get someone experienced and level-headed in next to him for a season or two, it'd be interesting to see how he develops too...
So I'd sort of like to see us punt Bosnar and bring in someone new, with the calm head and experience of Zwaanswijk... Then, let's be honest, I'd like to see us punt ANYONE to get another Patrick Zwaanswijk

We definately need a quality CB who can partner and help develop one of Zac/Griff/Pos. I'm not sold on Bosnar. I thought we were light defensively at the start of the season and took a punt on attacking players...which has backfired horribly. Reddy is still an excellent keeper so have no problems with him. Still not sure why we are not playing Storm at RB as well. Don't think we have the spots but we desperately need 3 quality players, one to organize a shambolic defence ( i like most of our defensive players but they look like they are not sure what they are doing), one to create (number 10) and ideally one to score.
