ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

"The success of fellow Irishman Andy Keogh at Perth Glory has alerted A-League clubs to O’Donovan’s availability."

What does that mean? O'Donovan is in the same class as Keogh? They are both Irishmen, both of a similar age, but their records are quite dissimilar. I'd say Keogh is quite a bit better. Wikipedia lists Keogh as a striker/winger while it lists O'Donavan as a "forward". Who's more useful then?

My guess...Andy Keogh. O'Donovan would be a big risk imo.

Andy Keogh came straight from the Championship.
Roy O'Donovan went from League Two to the S.League. Not exactly the "Championship quality striker" we are supposed to be looking for.

Fitzy and Monty signed on for another couple of years. Good news. Seems we are building a young side while also making sure we have the right experienced guys there to nuture them. A couple of quality signings will have us looking good for the next 3 or 4 years. IMO we are definately using this year as a rebuilding year, both on and off the pitch.

By my calculations we have 26 players signed including three NYL players; how can we be looking at signing other players?

Have I forgotten someone? Is Dejan Pandurevic definitely signed to the HAL squad, and not a signing to the NYL squad who can be opted in to the HAL squad if required? And does anyone know the status of Brent Griffith's injury? When will he return?

Curiously, the CCM website doesn't list Cairncross, nor does it list Hayden Morton, Travis Major or Dejan Pandurevic.
