With Jacko publicly saying that Charlesworth is going to allow him to make some movements in January, who do we think will be moved on? And do we believe he actually has some quality lined up to come in?

I personally think the likes of Feijao and Wilson are on the chopping block. If theo was part of the “disciplinary issue” he could be in strife too. Mauragis may get a surprise transfer too. I also wouldn’t be surprised if Sabit was moved on.. even Diesel has seemingly lost the backing of Jacko.

The most obvious player I think we’re likely to bring in is Lachie Wales. He’s been back on the coast for awhile now and has openly said he doesn’t expect to go back to Korea. He’d be a very positive signing IMO.

But above everything else we need a f**king goal scorer. Even when we do play well we don’t look like scoring and it just puts so much pressure on our defensive side and we eventually crumble. We have 6 goals so far in the league. If Jacko really wants to make a statement, he would punt big Eddy or Alou. He won’t punt both, but he has to know that neither just clearly haven’t been good enough.

When looking at recruits I look at who is starting and ask would they start elsewhere. They may be good enough as a squaddy but would they start at another club. Steele, Paull, Wilson, Theohaurus. would struggle. Feijão and Edmondson as visa players would also struggle. Even at GK we are relying on too many young keepers.

There is plenty of room for improvement.

Who is available?
How much will they cost?
If they are an upgrade, why aren't they playing somewhere else?
Why would a quality player come here after watching the videos of our games this season?

There's no point changing players not up to it for more players not up to it just for the sake of change or if it's going to take a player time to get fit/ integrated into how Jacko wants to play.

Totally agree, whilst I am hopeful. I have a fair amount of skepticism about how much can be done.

Hopefully De Lima and Miggsy will be back soon which should start to rebuild the forward line, especially with Eames a great prospect as a future #10.
I would be looking for a couple of wingers. I think Fejao, and Ngor have had enough chances and should be released. Wilson definitely out and maybe Theo if he has pissed Jacko enough. Do it early to let them all arrange NPL contracts, immediately if any have attitude problems.***
I would take Wales if available and be looking for a box to box midfielder. I would also be happy if they chased up Windust.
