I don't see the need to release Ngor, he is fine and has been playing NPL, don't expect much from him..

Fellatio can go, along with Wilson and Herrington.

Id replace Fellatio with Wales and use his Visa spot to bring in an experienced foreign keeper.

Give Windust Herringtons spot.
What about releasing Paull? He's had plenty of opportunities unlike Diesel

He is actually showing signs of improvement.

He was better than both sains and Brian against Auckland and has been better than Brian the last few games.
I am happy for Paull to be cover for Brian at LCB. Brian plays better there as he did beside Triantis and Hall over the past two seasons. Even if you thought he was better than Brian and Trent against Auckland he is not a starting XI player. Also not a big call when Trent has hardly played and Brian is playing out of position to enable you to play in your preferred position.

I doubt Diesel is going anywhere. Need some depth for CB and we won’t be paying him heaps. There’s other parts of the squad that need attention first, and Herrington can play NPL if we want him to, only turned 20 in August.
Herrington is young and getting his first minutes at senior level, definitely deserves more time.

If we were a chance of letting him go I don't think he would be anywhere near our matchday squads, especially with Parker Williams and Rocco Smith around the squad.

This season we're feeling the results of Peil's disastrous experiment with Wilkshire as Academy coach.

We lost a whole crop of Academy kids, that's why we don't have any Academy graduates ready for A-League level between Steele/Sasha's gen and Eames/Peraic-Cullen's. So players like Steele/Paull/Feijao/Theoharous/Kuol lack competition because players like Lucas Sciluna, Arthur De Lima, Parker Williams, Rocco Smtih and their contemporaries aren't ready for A-League minutes.

We had to import some squaddies with a lot more speculative potential, like Wilson, Ngor, Wenzel-Halls, Paull, Millard, Deng, Warshawsky, Pavlesic. While losing players like Cameron Windust, Lachlan/James Bayliss, Patrick Beach, Aydan Hammond, Dean Larson, Jakob Cresnar, Zach Zoricich, Maksim Kasalovic.

Couple that with injuries to the few remaining graduates ready for significant minutes in Nico Duarte and Brad Tapp and we really struggle.

Why would you release Herrington? I can't see any reason for that. We aren't a big budget club, he's exactly the sort of backup/ development player we need to make up the numbers.

Wilson would be top of the list to be punted, unfortunately just not good enough for Aleague. If there's a discipline problem or a bad apple situation going on (speculation) then even more so.

As much as we want him to be a success, I'm not sure Steele will make the cut. However he hasn't been a regular starter for very long... could improve further.

Paull is good enough to be a squaddie but he's not a starter. Needs NPL minutes, he wouldn't get anywhere near another Aleague club's starting 11.

Wales would be a welcome addition, very high assist stats which is exactly what we need if we're keeping Edmo.

This.
His hand picked hire destroyed the academy and it will take a few seasons to fix.
Still wouldn't pick his boy too

He was better than both against Auckland. There's nothing to think about.

Being on the right compared to the left doesn't account for some of his horrible marking and poor passes that have lead to goals. He is honkingly out of form and was when he was playing on the left when next to sains and Tappy before they got injured.

Nobody thinks Paull is our best defender. He is a back up. He has been thrown there due to circumstances. But to be fair there are others who would be higher up the chopping block than he is.

Personally not the most enthused by Wales but could be useful for the right price. Best case for me would be both Theoharous and him pushing each other to greater heights but that didn't really happen with them at Western.
