If Alou made back post runs he could have had a ball tonight.
I’d take Torres’ roughly 60% rate of turning those ball hog runs into a chance or a goal every day of the week. Admittedly theo wasn’t great tonight. But Torres has been impeccable for about a month now
Impeccable is generous, he's playing very well at the moment though. His fitness is unbelievable. If I was on a team where someone took the ball off my feet I'd have a lot of resentment if they cocked up afterwards, fortunately things are working for him at the moment. That goal tonight was top draw, great finish.
That was reecs fault. You don't run into a guy who can dribble like that you make a run to try and drag a defender or make space for yourself to be slipped in. I'd have been livid if Torres didn't score at the end of that because of it.
They didnt have to appeal - same panel that gave Storm 3 weeks let Woods off.
They did appeal the red card. Appeal dismissed. He misses this week and back for the game against us.

If the appeal is to rescind the card its becomes more urgent matter so you dont serve a week off for a card that's been cancelled. There's no way storm's card gets rescinded so as long as they get back to us this week about potentially downgrading then it's fine. No conspiracy and not that complicated.
The card and the extra games are for violent conduct. If there is no violent conduct then there is no card and everything should be cleared. Not sure why a professional league can’t hear it in a week for one little own doing someone else’s first

I really hope so too. But if our argument is that there was no violent conduct because he slipped, then they basically have to admit he got a week off for nothing.
