ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.
We really need to be recruiting with the expectation Farrell will get a move in 6-12 months. For me it means we should be looking at the academy or other academies if we dont have someone ready.and I wonder if we could get Smith back from MV to cover Farrell
Smith would be a good get back. He covered LB and LM nicely and had some real onfield chemistry till he got hurt.An experienced mid would be a good addition

Don't have a stand out left back in the Academy yet so hopefully is made a recruitment priority in the off-season.We really need to be recruiting with the expectation Farrell will get a move in 6-12 months. I don't recall saying good luck ?As a professional athlete, a certain level of skill and return on investment and performance is expected. If the player can't do that with the multiple opportunities they have been given, then for me it is so long and good luck.
Second this, he was on an upward trajectory with us and has since festered in obscurity in MexicoWould love Smitty back.
Cheats. Determined to get a Sydney team in the final.Of course the appeal was denied...

Behave, faz is good he's strong on the ball and good on the defence but nowhere nere leaving the team for greater things. One of the worst crossing of the ball in the a league

Believe his recent performances sealed his fate.Interesting that is was by mutual agreement. Seems to me on the first glance he may have asked for the move or at least voiced his displeasure at the opportunities and told to either work hard or look elsewhere. Purely conjecture though.
On a positive note I spoke to Moresche yesterday and he is very hopeful of getting game time against Brisbane. Obviously a long way back for him but would love to see a fit front third of Cummings, Túlio, DWH, Moresche, Silvera / Benny
