    ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

    ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Great signs and Olly being a Coastie would love it to be true... but lets remember he won't be the same player he was before and he won't be in a team like he was when he was here before...

I would love to get him back. He will be one of the first picked every week. Apart from teaming with Nisbet he can really play anywhere in the midfield from DM to AM and LM to RM. He can even be deployed as a second striker.

I agree he won't be the same player - but he always had a football brain and that does not go away.

Mariners return to the pitch for 20/21 pre-season
@CCMarinersUpdated: 15 mins ago
The Central Coast Mariners have returned to pre-season training this week in preparation for the A-League 2020/21 campaign.
After testing and screening and a light session on Monday, the boys were put through their paces on Tuesday and will continue to build as they await news on the detail and structure of the upcoming season.
Head Coach Alen Stajcic was pleased to be back out on the pitch after the stop-start nature of football experienced this year.
“It’s been great to get back on the pitch after another long layoff,” he said on Tuesday.

“It’s been one of those years where we had the long break with COVID, and then another one post-season but we’re just really excited to get back on the pitch and start the hard work that’s necessary in pre-season before we get into the competition.”
“We’re lucky that we have long pre-seasons in Australia so we don’t have to rush things, but this period is about setting the platform of where we are and where we want to be.”
With 13 players contracted currently, including a couple to be announced soon, Staj said that there is plenty of work happening behind the scenes to build out the team.
“We’re still in the process of getting the squad together and we’ve got 13 who are signed on at the moment,” he said.
“Everyone continues to work through the resolution of the CBA and the other certainties involved in the game, but I’d expect us to fill out the squad in the next few weeks.”
Current Squad (Announced): Jack Clisby, Jordan Murray, Daniel DeSilva, Adam Pearce, Kye Rowles, Gianni Stensness, Ruon Tongyik, Joshua Nisbet, Lewis Miller, Alou Kuol
