ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Interesting that there's more positive comments about these strips on the Sydney forum than on here.

It's because they wear a blue home strip.

Other than myself, is Dibo the only one worried about the basketball shorts?
Imagine these in an Asian summer!

I am not too phased with the new shirts. They could have been better but not everyone will be pleased regardless, and it is too late now, anyway.
I just wish they could have made the two designs relate a little more.

I wonder how sponsorships will go on a striped shirt. It would definitely be harder to read.

ive heard that the clubs will not be bound by home and away strips . and they will have more power to choose when they wear which.
i.e the home strip will be fine vs perth so why not wear it but agaist melbourn the full yellow would be worn
and also i think the jets gold is to similar to our yellow one so we will need home for that game.
this means if clubs have two jerseys both with perdomitly different colours (like mariners have one reomitly yellow and one blue) there should be no problem vs other teams because they have two colour options and they kits wont clash.
i think its great.

look pretty shit tbh ......you blokes came up with much better designs earlier last year on this very thread.

Compare and you'll see, you blokes should be on the big bucks and not the Turkeys at reebok.

Force yourself to be fond of what we have now. For once spilt, even teardrops can't put milk back into the bottle. Embrace the new strip because we're going to have it or something very similar for a long while, I hope.

This is the mockup that Dibo did that looks closest to what we have now.

Personally, I think this looks better then the one we have now...
I think the reason why Reebok couldn't get any closer to designing like the above is because Nike have copyright on it (considering it's the same style as Barca's old strip).
