Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

it's all about passing .if we chase these guys it's over by half time, no if's .this is 4 showers a day country to feel human .defend well ,jag a goal, then hang 9 men on the bar & one loose to kick god as often as yellow cards will dictate

just got back from watchin the boys train, looked good and alot of the work was on ball retention and build up from the back. Lookin good for this weekend and I reckon we can win it. 2-0 with kwasnik and mrdja to score

Yeah just got back too.

Present: Squad + Panni + Matt Ryan
Absent: Doig, Dmac and Matty Simon (Matty must be injured?)

They played a first 11 vs the rest, so likely line up on Saturday is....

            Danny
Porter Boogs Wilko Heff
Travis Pedj Hutch Weemac
      Kwaz  Mrdja

The midfield was interchanging a lot with Travis and Weemac swapping LM and RM duties from time to time but was mostly as above.
Mrdja started off quiet but came into it more and Lawrie worked with him a lot, having a few words with him.
Travis worked some really nice moves. Expect him to continue his Melbourne form.

Just gonna put this out there.

Yes, getting a second win would be awesome BUT, consider this.

a Fury win should put Scumcastle back on the bottom of the ladder.

Win/Win situation I think

Doesn't look like it. He played for the reserves alongside Huke. Bench perhaps.

1 of those to be omitted will be Matty I believe, out injured!  The second would have to be between Elrich and Lewis you would think?

Looking forward to this.

Personally with Crowell back and Doig out, I'd like to see a 3 5 2, but I won't.

But I'm confident that with Ufuk and Robinson out, if we keep to our usual relentless closing down they will struggle to get on goal. Then if Nik and or Kwas can bag one it ours.
Otherwise should nick at least a point.

NOT
I couldn't give a stuff about what happens to scumcastle. I want us to keep winning. I want us to get our 2nd premiership and we ain't gonna do that if we don't keep winning.

The greens can get themselves off the bottom & scumcastle back on the bottom by beating them when they play each other, not by taking points off us.
