ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

I still can't go past this song and love the thought of a thousand Coastie kids yelling out ...."f**k You Newcastle".... LOL.

Wasn't it awful? Completely ignored by the crowd too.
Well obviously. If we're all guessing here what it's going to be, why would anyone know it's coming and therefore know what it means? A walkout song isn't the managers or the players or the club's. It's the property of the fans and members. It's a message from the fans to the team. It's it not?

The fact it was quiet and spoken over by the ground announcer (like every other anthem we've tried doing) hurt it.
I remember we pleaded with them to play a song.
They did. But then decided to put a Hyundai ad over the top of it.

Whatever song we pick won't work until the club or whoever is running that show work out how to do it properly.

I don't agree with the song choice. It's neither energetic enough to get you going or emotional enough to get you singing. It doesn't need to be both. But it needs to be one of those things.

I'm an idiot savant without the pesky savant bit
I like Wont Back Down as a tune , I do however hate that halfwit ground announcer, he needs learning up about when to STFU
BUT my fave walkout for a team with an sailing theme will forever be
