With losing Lachie Bayliss and Hammond we are really hurting for attacking depth if we lose Alou. Is Bailey Brandtman ready to step up to the senior side?

Do you have any intel on what is happening with the coaching/backroom staff? E.g. who is the new pommy assistant coach? Is Mueller still around? Are we actively recruiting for a GK coach or just going to make Danny a player coach? Is the sports psychology guy still working with the team? Is Abbas locked in for NPL next year and who will be assisting him (is Luca still with the club)?

Sorry, just missed this one! We’ll look to get Shaun on soon for a full update. Abbas is back and returned from his break last week, Lucas still here too. The assistant, Andreas, was brought in by Monty and knows MJ from their time at Leeds.

Do some of the Mariners fanbase need to calm down a bit? Top of the group in AFC Cup, starting defence is brand new bar Kaltak, coach arrived after season had started. The panic button shouldn't be needed for at least another month?

Is it realistic to expect “supporters” to shut up and swallow really crap performances, lest they be accused of not supporting the team?
There is a difference between open slander of individuals including the coach, and voicing that the performance you just watched, was sub par. As a paying fan, surely that’s expected?
The players are professional sportspeople, not the under 5’s.
Alternative is fans just walk away when they are pissed off and don’t bother returning. What’s preferable?

Thought the chat on a diamond midfield was interesting, I would actually go with something like the below, I think the work rate of Max, Harry & Niz would make us a very tough team to break down defensively and give Tulio lots of freedom to roam.

You'd be relying on Storm & Faz to provide a wide threat with that setup. Could look very narrow.
