ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

I like Goddard, hes got good control, good passes, good vision and excellent at set pieces, BUT i dont think he offers more than Hatch, Kuol, McCarthy etc from the academy so on that note i would pass him on if possible.

He is contracted for next year though so if he stays id like the club to really work on his physicality and fitness for next year

Just a question a lot of people would love to see Matt Simon play one last game but who would you drop from the side??

So much of that depends on the position we find ourselves in. Ideally we win against Brisbane so the only thing to play for against Newcastle is pride and possibly 4th.

Subs being Urena, Simon (both up front), Garang to one of the wings, Steele into mids. 1 left open for whatever comes up, possibly hatch on the other wing late.

4th would give us a home semi final wouldn't it?

Depends on Adelaide’s results. If they win against WU we can’t catch them even with a perfect finish. If they lose we need a win and a draw. If they draw we need 2 wins.
If Western United beat Newcastle they could finish second by beating Adelaide. Win against Brisbane and I think we're a big chance of 4th and a home semi final.
