ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

The PA system was shit but I think I heard Shaun say Pikey and Phelan would be here in 2 weeks time.

What are they gonna say. Shaun and Mulvey you really f**ked up following our orders?

Mulvey has been poor but Pikey is incompetent. Everything this season has been shambolic and all of it under direction from Pikey.
I also feel Shaun is too weak to control c**tsworth.

Quite simply we are where we are now due to years of under investment

In before the "he's a great guy" lines, but Shaun needs to go as well. I don't care for the apologists, we have a rotten culture, and that is 100% his job. #allOfThemOut

It's more than that. Under investment doesn't explain this. This is something f**king toxic. We need to be folded as the club we are now is not redeemable. Close the doors bring in the removalist get rid of f**king everything and start again.
None of this changes until Chatsworth is gone. He's the common denominator. He's the only thing that hasn't changed. FFA need to remove the license.

I'm an idiot savant without the pesky savant bit
The first game MulveyOut saw was the Jets touching us up 8-2 ..so it could be argued that we haven’t improved one f**king iota since then...is that a fair call ?

Just a thought - we all want Charlesworth to disappear ASAP.
Supporting that - let's not forget that he isn't JUST the owner, but he's chair of the board. So he really is responsible for everything here.

CHARLESWORTH OUT
MIELEKAMP OUT
MULVEY OUT
NASH OUT
MONTY OUT

Mulvey wanted to improve on that record, he got there by round 21! I can't believe this f**king loser, he sounded like a petulant prat when he said "I won't quit" repeatedly in his interview. Little shit wants to be fired. He cannot survive the weekend. Untenable.

The best part about that interview is that Wellington started singing their team song in the background. What an absolute mockery he is. He looks like a heroin-addicted sultana that someone pissed on, and he says the boys need to work and be positive. The f**k is this?? A church fete??
You have to ask the question now "Why did the Roar ditch him after winning the toilet seat 2013-14

Yep, agree 100%, I've made that argument a few times. Look at all the shit that's gone on, all the bullshit around Millar, the lies around Nisbet, the pulling back from fan engagement - Shaun Mielekamp has overseen a culture of incompetence and toxicity. He needs to go - as does Mulvey, Charlesworth, Nash, and Monty.

They can’t run a football team so why would the council trust them to run the stadium.

It looks like the only thing that will save the club at this stage is the management rights!! However, as you say why would you think CCMFC could run the stadium. IMHO CCC has shown they can't. Maybe it is time for the club to talk to Singo. Get him investing, and on the board and make him the front man for managing the stadium.

Can't. FFA said licence is for the coast only. They won't buy it back so he's stuck.
There is absolutely guaranteed cultural issues with this club. The snake is poison from the head. The MC dynasty has done nothing. He's demolished the heart and soul for whatever bastardised garbage we see now. Poor decisions have been repeatedly made and not learned from.
Absolutely time to gut the joint and start again. We can't get rid of the owner but anyone in a management/directing position needs review. The players are the least of my concerns.
Absolutely fkn sick of this shite.

The review is a good idea,so who do we get to it?.....

Shaun has his heart in the right place .
We don`t know how hamstrung he has been by Charlesworth and his position as CEO has been compromised by having to keep putting out the bushfires caused by the football Dept.
I think with Mulvey gone we have hit rock bottom finally.
More from the football dept will go at the end of the season.

Shaun did say at the pre-match meeting that that the head coach made the recommendations for player retention and that the FFA would not allow us to put options on player contracts.
He also said that 9 current players had the same manager/agent that was already shopping them around and didn`t want them here.
He stopped short of naming that player agent.
Also he advised that until the club was righted that we would have to pay overs to get half decent players.
Another thing he said was until now recruiting had been done using the head coaches contacts and that the club had to revise this policy.
I think supporters like JP, who have a good knowledge of national premier leagues, could be of immense value to to our recruiting.

Who would be the the lesser of the two evils?
The ground last night looked abysmal with it`s patches everywhere.

Club managing it is worth a shot. No one is winning from the current arrangement and if the club goes away it’ll see barely any use at all.
