ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

You ain’t been close cause they never done this format before
There used to be members draws (not for money) every game for years. I knew people that would bring along new members who would "magically win" in their first couple of weeks.

So this weekend Shaun is fronting the members pre game, there's a cash draw and I just got an email saying there's a meet the players and play some fifa at rebel erina on Sunday. Seems like a lot of activity out of nowhere, maybe we'll see some sort of announcement on the weekend? Seems odd to put themselves out there just to hear people whinge.

Huh? If ever there's going to be a chance of them rebuilding any sort of trust, this is the lowest bar for a starting point... Look at some of the comments on here about them having gone to ground - they have to do something...

Not that I think this is necessarily it though, just that I don't think it's a completely useless thing to do I guess.

Will all mean nothing when the team gets thumped by the Nix. Still deciding if I bother to drive up to the coast to watch this one and have no interest in hearing the excuses. Mulvey leaving at the end of the season is about the only thing I would be happy to hear but doubt that will happen. Just more amateur tactics by pretenders.

Definitely but I do get the feeling they were lying low while they had nothing to really say. Should never had gotten that invisible but there isn’t much they could say which makes me think maybe they have something to offer now. I guess it’s possible they’re offering up some players and Shaun as punching bags but if they were doing that why wait this long?

Maybe they will have the two new board members on hand and let everyone know they are undertaking a significant rebuild of the club from top to bottom.....??

I'm an idiot savant without the pesky savant bit
So far Shaun has said exactly what we thought he'd say, talked about the board members, talked about keeping the club on the coast, told the line up for today. ..So yeah

Keeping the Club on the Coast? Charlesworth could take the Club licence anywhere but if he serves up shit, no one will buy it.

Can't. FFA said licence is for the coast only. They won't buy it back so he's stuck.
There is absolutely guaranteed cultural issues with this club. The snake is poison from the head. The MC dynasty has done nothing. He's demolished the heart and soul for whatever bastardised garbage we see now. Poor decisions have been repeatedly made and not learned from.
Absolutely time to gut the joint and start again. We can't get rid of the owner but anyone in a management/directing position needs review. The players are the least of my concerns.
Absolutely fkn sick of this shite.
