ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Be great to hear the guys do a version of "Thunderstruck" as well. I get that it might not fit into their style though.
Also a few bursts of the organ riff from baseball matches - not of course played on an organ. :)

Have sent an email & spoke to Bruce (our new CEO).

Mentioned Instagram etc saying need for stuff of the team etc for game days etc.

In the last week or so it's picked up. Kim's birthday etc,

Called him over on Sat night & he said they have just employed 2 staff to take care of internet stories & instagram etc. So look out for more stuff.

Also mentioned the no sponsor for ACL. Said they have just secured one. He was unimpressed as well. He mentioned they'd known for ages they were in it & said he gave a kick up the bum to guys responsible as he wasn't here at the time but now fixed. Also got a rocket from Gallop who wasn't impressed.

Bruce is the blonde guy in the suit - If see him call him over & give him a welcome. I was told he is approachable & he is. Nice guy no nonsense has strong ideas & opinions but will listen to you.

Was not impressed with crowd on either Tues or Sat - Is keen to re-engage the fans

The Mariners have Tibet 5100 as their front of shirt sponsor for the rest of the ACL campaign. While it is money it leaves me seriously underwhelmed. If it was in a similar vein as last year's sponsorship it tells me our shirt is not worth much.

I don't know?
I've never heard of them but a quick search - they are a Chinese company. If we're noticed enough in Asia for a sponsorship deal who knows how much will come our way in the future.

I seem to remember they signed as a sponsor last year for a few games as well. The figure I was quoted for that sponsorship almost made me want to approach my boss and say "we can beat that figure." In other words it was seriously underwhelming.

Aye, they signed on for our last 16 tie against Lippi's Evergrande.

Definately rushed in my very limited understanding. However it's better than a blank blue block that wasn't big enough for the area code to put advertise here.

Having a blank panel on the front tells me it isn't worth much.
