Ok. Time to stump up with 5 memberships this week. Exciting that my 5yo has stated that she wants to go this season (her debut) so good to get the Mrs involved again.

Had a call from some dude yesterday wanting me to hand over my credit card details over the phone to purchase a membership. He knew nothing about my email request to the Club that has gone unanswered. He probably was genuine (He may even have been Hutch) but I'm not falling for that one. I'll buy my membership when I'm certain they are legit.

Decent considering MC trying to white ant us. Crap Footy we played last year and no name signings this season.

Coast support is getting more hard core. I think we will easily top 5k members which is great all things considered.

Seriously, that's outstanding considering the bullshit that has been served up over recent months. And we're still two months from round 1. And our round 1 game *won't* sell out, so there's not the same kind of pressing "gotta get a membership or I won't get a seat to round 1".

Maybe off-season bullshit is just kinda 'priced in' and our support is neither particularly surprised nor particularly bothered by it?

That's what I mean - it's already factored in to what we expect from the club. The people who would be turned off by it are already gone, those that remain have already demonstrated they can cope with a club that's an omnishambles.

Anyone that loves their football,can afford to,can get to the majority of games and wants to have a team remain on the Coast should be buying a membership every year. End of.

Definitely hard core to show up EVERY week during a home and away season.
