ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Nizz, McGree, Irankunda can all do it. Wouldn't mind a look at Mo Toure - I remember him holding the ball OK with limited minutes against England.
Irankunda can't play back to goal and hold up play. The other night against China he could barely hold on to the ball. He needs to be facing forward and using his pace and power. He's the player that the hold up target brings into the game.

Neither McGree or nizzy are 9's and are more suited to picking up the ball between the lines rather than leading it. Nizzy certainly isn't going to win the headers with the ball in the air we will be pumping towards him.

Toure could be worth a chance but is still unproven. Yengi was meant to be that player but hasn't really done anything to show he is ready. Arnie was playing him a bit wider and he didn't really show much enthusiasm for playing centrally and taking a few kicks.

Wasn't suggesting Nizz should lead the line but if there's a better Australian player at holding possession, I'm yet to see him.

451 You'd expect. Yrngi up top alone. There wont be room for a 10 against Japan. This will be WSW AFC Cup special.
Hopefully not defending a lead in a GF special
100 with MOM performance from the GK. Could be Gauci claiming the gloves for the next 2 World Cups
