ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

3 May. Temu Trumps first act is to cancel everyone's tax cuts.
He really has been completely wedged. Temporary reduction in the price of fossil fuel. Way to woo the teals
Can see why Albo is now clear favourite with the bookies

And the fuel reduction will do nothing. It'll come down for a minute then they will remember that they know what we have accepted paying for fuel.

Pretty decent budget i thought. Smart politically too.

Temu Trump's lack of any actual plan might hurt him. Which is a surprise in this country.

Like, christ, how is he the best the libs have to offer?

A functional democracy needs a worthwhile opposition.

Will we ever get out of the politics gutter that so many countries are in?

Who would you prefer Sussssan Ley or Angus? They really need to look at the best candidates they can get - not fall back on who went to what school or what happy clappy church they go to.

The Liberal party used to have moderates like Viner, McPhee, Steele Hall, Harry Edwards, Bruce Baird even Andrew Peacock. That was when they were a good Govt and Opposition. Amanda Vanstone was even a moderate at first until she was told she would lose her pre-selection unless she changed tune. So much for a broad church.

There are plenty of people in the Liberal Party that could do a much better job than those in Parliament but it is too much a matter of who you know - not your ability.

They have shot themselves in the foot. Without their lurch to the right there would be no Teals.

Dozens more pregnant and postpartum women have died in Texas hospitals since the state banned abortion, our analysis shows. As the maternal mortality rate dropped nationally, it rose in Texas by 33%.

Texas Banned Abortion. Then Sepsis Rates Soared.
ProPublica’s first-of-its-kind analysis is the most detailed look yet into a rise in life-threatening complications for women experiencing pregnancy loss under

Considering the cost of living issues that Labor has been in power on it should be a walk in for Liberals but Voldermort turns off Liberals little own swing voters.

The tax cuts are useless and expensive. Terrible play. Especially moving the Medicare levy threshold as well. You want to improve Medicare but your stopping people from paying. They should of increased the Medicare Levy. Sure it’s a tax hike but you have to pay for it somehow.

The fuel excise as mentioned will provide more relief immediately but will be abused by petrol businesses. There are already 20/30 cent gaps depending on where you live and can jump 30c in a instant. So without regulation it won’t work either

The liberal leadership is terrible. The Teal breakaway is not helping but they are also tone deaf as well.

They are reaching on policies too. Saying your going to sack government employees and stop WFH is dumb. That’s a lot of votes automatically lost. If you want to do dumb shit like that do it in yr 2 and don’t tell the voters.

Will be interesting to see how close it actually is
