ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

On paper the Sydney side doesn`t look too bad.
Hutch really needs to show his leadership by driving the team all the way to the finish line.

. i think some of the defensive cover hutch has provided recently has shown that leadership and responsibility. i can't believe he and arnie won't have been driving home the consequences of a slip in concentration after wellington's late goal

Another chance to go clear again with Adelaide losing to Brisbane. I think this time we will take the three points comfortably.

For me, this game determines if we are title contenders. Sydney, an already shit side, are down personnel. We know this and need to be mentally switched on to ram home a thumping and send a real message to the rest of the competition. In the past, our small team mentality has resulted in us switching off. I hope the boys turn it around today.

Grapevine says Patrick is injured ... who will come in to defence? KB Hotel, Foveux Street on the way up the hill before the game is the usual spot. Thanks for the info re Bat and Ball - how full of Smurfs is it usually?

It's generally the away supporters' pub. Personally, I like the Excelsior for pre-game tacos, though ritual demands a beer in the KB.

Shocker.. Absolute shocker. It's going to leave a bitter taste on the NYE game with some key guys missing.

Absolute mess tonight

The night the boys potentially threw away the premiership.
Rogic stupid!!
Hutch well done you f**ked that up
Del piero, f**kin hell how much do refs favour him, sure good player but come on!!
Emerton all over roses back, very overrated
Ryan average
Mcglinchey shocking corners, give pedj a crack
Rose, bad errors
Sainsbury mom if we had one
Morton I thought average, Abbas too much time late in the game.
Bus driver.. Wtf!!

Good luck next week without rogic hutch and mcbreen

Positives? Morton had a strong debut (thanks to PJ for the background on him), and we created two fantastic chances. Sainsbury is a fantastic CB

We just couldn't find each other with passes, and we couldn't capitalise on either of the chances.

As FP has noted, we will have some fringe players in for NYE. Hopefully we will get a look at Caceras, and maybe Ollie will get a run on the left with McGlinchey taking on the 10 role and Bernie being switched to the right (or taking the striker role).

it's me. I'm the unlucky charm. I've been away since before the first game of the season...and have only managed to see the last 2 games........a poor draw against the Nix and now a poor loss to the bottom team. Aaaaarrrggghhhh!!!!!!! I'll be back home in time to see the New Years Eve game...but dare I go ????
