ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Farina...

"As I said when I came to the club; I am a fighter and I will go down swinging in terms of the fight to make it off the bottom and up the table," Farina said after the loss to Newcastle.

"And I expect that players that will be with me will have that same attitude. If they don't, they won't play.

"All of us have to have a good look in the mirror. I will find out the players who want to fight and get us out of this and they will play, the rest will fall by the wayside.

"There will be a lot of nervous players - they won't like me when I get angry. That is what we will do - there is no other choice."

The cynic in me says get ready for SFC to hack Rogic and others off the park and get preferential refereeing treatment.

The Mariners supporter says if we are up for it, we are simply too good. Mariners 4-1.

. i hadn't heard those words from farina ... but it's kinda what i was expecting. no doubt he will be using the 7-2 game (still makes me smile) to get them fired up ... and i mean an angry, thuggish fired up

. hopefully that means their minds aren't really on playing football and we can exploit them ... again! this match could go anywhere ... but after our 'two points lost' the boys should be re-focussed. another flogging certainly isn't out of the question

i like your thinking. in the old days i would worry more about that sort of thing but the coaching staff seem to think of it all these days so here's hoping they're all over it
hehe, this should be a really fun game to watch

On paper the Sydney side doesn`t look too bad.
We really need to show some "killer instinct" & put them to the sword early.
The hardest teams to play against are the dumb ones, they just don`t know when they are beaten.
I expect this to be a very hard fought 2-1 win to us,but I worry about the complacency that was shown last week.
Hutch really needs to show his leadership by driving the team all the way to the finish line.
