ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Scum in turmoil

It's also believed Zura had a fall-out with Joel Griffiths, the clubs marquee signing for next season.

Wow - person finds out Griffiths is a c**t and hates him shock. Who would have thought it.

So in 2 seasons they could lose Bridge Monkey boy, the less c**ty Griffiths and North.

If the rumours about Judas are true, they would have Covic, Sackwhack and Spencer

If the Holland rumours are to be believed, how would you guys suggest he rid himself of the stain of the scum?

I favour him on his knees begging forgiveness in the centre circle at BT but that might be a bit far fetched.

Any suggestions?

Quite frankly, (as discussed yesterday), in my eyes he is not welcome at this club.  Ever.  End of.

Holland is young / was young when he took advise he would be better off playing for Scum than sitting on our bench.

TBH I would have given any player the same advise ........ OK OK he should noy have used the trial with us to increase his wages at Scum ......... but he is not the first person to do it and will not be the last.

In an expanded A-League getting talent in your squad is going to be important ....... so a big sorry to LM ........ has to cook a BBQ for the Marinators and kiss arse for a couple of months. But if free and the price was right I would have him.

TWG understands that Newcastle Jets marquee striker Edmundo Zura is on the verge of ending his association with the A-League club.

Despite a denial by a Jets official, the 25-year-old Ecuador international is believed to have made the decision after a meeting two days ago with club hierarchy, including owner Con Constantine.

Sources close to the centre-forward confirmed to TWG that the breaking point for Zura - who has played eight matches without scoring in the A-League - was not having his wife and child with him in Newcastle during his four-month stay, despite repeated assurances from the club that their arrival was imminent.

What a shock another "promise" by Con fails to eventuate.

The saying that starts with "Oh what a tangled web we weave...." rings so, so true.

Holland, if he wants in, needs to be crawling, on all fours like the dog he is, the whole length of the pitch from one byline to the other before a packed Bluetongue stadium. Anything less is going soft on the lying c**t.

But wait, wasn't young James supposed to be playing for the Scum only long enough to prove his value as a player to all those scouts who were supposed to watching him from overseas' clubs?

If that's the case, why would he even contemplate another season in the A-league?

Surely his next step is partnering up with Ronaldo and Rooney and ManU, anything less is beneath his talent (according to him and his agent).

So why all the talk of him thinking of coming here? He has his flights booked at season's end doesn't he? ;) ;D

Frankly, I'd prefer LG to say to the press something along the lines of..........

"We gave him his chance, he shat on us, he is a judas c**t and he can f**k off"

He is probably above that tho.

Don't you just love it. Both the Cove and Squadrunts forum are GOING OFF CHOPS.
Gotta love the "harmony" within the 2 groups.

Gotta love Reddy today!

(1) Boots Griffiths right in the balls in the 1st half
(2) Gives it to the squadron
(3) Top class save toward the end to deny Griffiths a second and Scum a draw
