If it said Tom out 1 week I’d know his gone but only named 18 with a trip to Perth where you only take fit players and you need to have a reserve for warm up injury it looks good he’s in.

Came from the guy himself according to my source, so as much as I hope it wasn’t true, I doubt that is the case unfortunately.

It also depends on when your source heard it. We played two weeks ago Tommy may have self-diagnosed himself soon after the game. I know when I self diagnose anything that is wrong with me it always seems to be fatal. . Hopefully he was just being pessimistic and we seem him play on the weekend.

. kinda the opposite. i spoke to Tom the day after the game (the OSC breakfast / team recovery session). he did not participate in the session with the rest of the team and when we asked how he was (admittedly very soon after injury) he said 'hopefully i'll be right for the next game, but we'll have to wait and see'

. i'll be pretty angry if he is flown all the way to Perth but is not fit enough to contribute fully

. needless to say i'll be truly pissed if he has been named in the squad if he is out for the season
