Agree with TED - ENTIRELY regarding Pellegrino.
And ironically, he looks lazy, but he actually has a much better work rate then Perez.
But because it puts him out of position all the time, he ends up looking lazy when he is walking/recovering and not involved in the next subsequent play or available when we need him most. He was not what we need in a number 10 tonight.
We looked uninspired, unconnected and poor. Dreadful passing. Seriously boys, show some faith in yourselves. We were so negative and Rostyn, by god release the ball quicker!! You all NEEDED to, but Rostyn was the worst offender tonight.
Everything Arnie said was accurate. Which is comforting, except that it was all already my concern leading into the game. Once again we lacked industry and hunger, even Rosie didn't look like he really wanted the ball tonight. Everyone needs to step up and dare to fail again,
Move off the ball, hold it up, take payers on, hit your passes, but most of all start daring to be bloody BRAVE again!
The secret to the Roar if there is such a thing is their unrelenting positivity. It drives their movemnet, fitness, confidence. All of it.
Time to TRUST in your skills again, step up and man up Mariners.

Oh and FFS please start Bernie next week. 433 sounds good atm unless Pellegrino can quickly learn to ghost, stay central and pick his key moments and passes.
