ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Something I haven’t seen mentioned is how much that goal appeared to mean to DDS. Hopefully it can be a turning point for him combined with his new role.
It tracks with the rest of the team. Tongyik, Rowles, Stensness, Nisbet, Clisby, DDS all look to be in a better place this season. Obviously been a lot of work behind the scenes on that and doesn’t seem to affected by Ziggy departing.it almost seems like the powers that be have finally been able to influence his mindset
Exactly what I thought too.. that goal should demonstrate a few things which hopefully will see more meaningful output from DDS:
. separate but related note: DDS made a couple of powerful passes/shots - I honestly didn't think he could kick a ball further than about 10 yards (and even then not with much power) ... but it looks like he actually can
- ball to feet (from Niz) - we have all seen how ineffective our high crosses have been in recent years
- timing is more important than presence - DDS is often present around the box, typically with the ball at his feet running into an effective screen
- interplay does not mean dumping the ball on someone else when you have tried everything yourself but keep hitting a wall
. it almost seems like the powers that be have finally been able to influence his mindset (is this related to the end of any Roma deal?)
re ollie dropping into central defence; lots of good reasons, includingThanks i knew it was some reason

And fkn Bozza virtually called him a bully on air , dickhead babbled something like “ Simon wouldn’t dare try something like that on Franjic” ....I think he would to be fairMatty got a card when he smashed the Blonde kid.
Lachlie Rose probably had some smart arsed comment to make to Matty. Convenient how he has left Central Coast out of his playing history after attending the football school at Kariong and winning a16s GF in 2015 then not being considered for the NYL or NPL squads. Left off his wiki page saying his youth career was at Manly - despite playing for Marconi and Central Coast. And fkn Bozza virtually called him a bully on air , dickhead babbled something like “ Simon wouldn’t dare try something like that on Franjic” ....I think he would to be fair
He has always had that in his locker. Doesn't always execute 100% but he its happy carrying it out or playing a long straight pass. I'm hoping that game was a turning point for him because that was easily his best game and he looked starting 11 not injury back up.Also Tongyiks distribution deserves a shout out. A number of times when they tried to pressured our fullbacks to stop us from playing out and moving the ball up field, instead of hoofing a long ball, he instead hit a long straight pass on the ground perfectly to feet for one of our forwards or mids.
Was very effective,
And there's not anything actually wrong with the sound of a concrete saw. We have had like 40 years of techno.Their bells would be better if they managed to get a few of the larger variety.
Anyone familiar with them would think of the excitement and fear of the downhill and the super G.
What they have now is a bit insipid.
Of course he would. Just no point. He’s doing it to a young player to rattle him. All part of the game Bozza. Biased soft cock. And fkn Bozza virtually called him a bully on air , dickhead babbled something like “ Simon wouldn’t dare try something like that on Franjic” ....I think he would to be fair
