Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Sorry boys but I'll be no where near soulless stadium.

Big game, win and we are back in the race for the 6, loose and it's us vs AU for the spoon.

Going to be very hot but FFA won't care

Wanderers been playing well lately and will truly test our new defensive resolve

The next 3 weeks should tell the tale. A lot of the lower clubs taking points off each other.

Next 3 games Adelaide have Perth, Jets and Vic. Jets have Vic, Adel and us. Nix have SFC, City and Roar. WSW have us, SFC and Glory.

Next 3 games we have WSW, Vic and Jets. 6 points from that and we are back in the mix. TBH I'll be happy to keep a 5 point gap over Adelaide until after round 26. Catching the Nix would be good (they have the toughest of the next 3 games) but catching and passing the scum would be better.

Fab 2 in 2 and finally a must on the team sheet.

Exactly same team, subs and all for me.

Bingers over Powell on Bench this time by design and not accident

I was actually thinking about the whole Bingers thing... Might be a worthwhile option for a similar approach to last weekend... Swapping Roy out for the last 20-or-so with a guy who relies less on running off the should and who has a bit more of a physical presence, to combine with the fresh legs normally coming in on the wings...
Gives an option for something to do as well, on those days when they mark Roy/Fab out of the game too...

5:00 PM kick off in Western Sydney ... fark they are saying 40 degrees or similar ...

The Scum-Victory game has been moved from Saturday to Monday because of the heat, the forecast is for about 37 degrees at 5pm.

I had a look at the forecast for Sunday and it looks like it will be around 30 degrees and cooling at Olympic Park at 5pm.

Absolutely agree which made Bingham being left out altogether a puzzling choice, think Paulo was more just stick to what I know but having Berry and Powell made less sense when Paulo usually likes to make one midfield change and the wingers.
Maybe Powell's flexibility of Midfield or striker gets him over Bingham

Barring injury, only change it's possible we might see is Kubi in for Trent again. Great as Kubi was, I'm not advocating this though.
No need to tinker for once.

Kubi strikes me as a solid option to convert to an RB. Strong, fast, likes to get stuck in, but not prolific in front of goals. Bit of a Valencia. Don't call me racist. o_O

One's originally Ghanaian, the other's Ecuadorean, so I didn't draw any link between the two other than that you mentioned a similarity.

Big game for the 6
Win for us or draw things still congested but a WSW puts them 8 in front of us and 5 in front of nix opening up a gap between top 6 with jets results the only variable

On the other side if we win then WSW have the derby next week so could drop more points
