Watching the Kiwi games as a neutral, the commentary can be kinda fun how biased it is but when it's us, it's so god damn annoying. No impartiality whatsoever. Neither situations were a pen.

On us, another bloody draw. Clean sheet and not losing is a positive but need to be finding ways to turn 1 point into 3 if we wanna make the 6.

I think we need 19 pts from these games to make the 6. Any points dropped against the teams below us will need to be made up against the higher ranked teams. A point away against WUN (or a sneaky win) will come in handy next game but a loss is not the end of the world.

Will one point every game get us there, seems we are very content on a draw no matter who we play.

Last season, CFG got 6th spot with 39 points. That leaves us with let's say aiming for 21 points to get in 12 games. 6 wins, 3 draws, 3 losses is the record we'd need to get for 6th. Doable, but tough.

Last season was 27 games - I think 37 or more likely 38 points (particularly with our poor GD) will do it. So 6 wins and 2 draws or 5 wins and 4 draws might do it.

5 games across jets, roar and glory.

Sneak a result against WSW or MacArthur.

I can't see points in any other fixtures.

Could come down to how many of those teams around us split the points 🤔

Not unhappy with the point. We worked hard and our back 5 did a pretty good job.

The Kiwi comentators are pathetic. The first one was a close call but the correct decision the second one the bloke dived and was untouched.

Dylan 7. Much better game.
Storm 7.5. Probably my MOM
Kaltak 7.5 Much better. Good game.
Herrington 7. Definately has alot of potential.
Paull 7. I'm beginning to really like him as a player apart from that weird header back to the keeper.
Theo 6.5. Our most dangerous weapon but slightly frustrating again.
Steele 6. Did OK.
Eames 6.5. Did Ok.
Doka 6. Annoyed me today. A lazy performance overall. Reminded me of Rogic when he doesn't have the ball...i.e plods along and doesn't drag defenders around
Kuol 6.5 A couple of good moments.
DeLima 6.5 He is a good prospect but should have been a bit more alert with that Kuol flick on.

Subs....Fisal looked reasonable, Faijou was back to bang average, Sash had good energy but a bit sloppy, Edmo was decent.

No one stood out but no one was rank.

3pts Storm
2pts Brian
1pt Dylan

Credit to Chiefy for not talking shit like most gibbering Kiwi's.
100% same assessment.

I missed the game as my son was playing cricket.. tried my best to watch on my phone but nothing substantial gained.

Did @Wombat throw some reluctant praise at DPC and even throw him a player point?? Might have to watch on that basis alone!!!!
Play well you will always get credit from me.

I used to watch Storm prior to him going to Victory (and for Victory) and marvel at how shit a defender he was defensively, now he is usually one of our best.

Your boy Dylan still was a bit suss with his passing out but i thought he commanded his box well and made some good saves. He deserved his 1pt.

Hopefully as his confidence grows he will improve into a decent keeper.
