ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

We were a once proud club in a once shit league, the league is so much better now it's not even funny, we got left behind years ago.
Yep.

You know those players where every team thinks 'great, how on earth are we going to deal with him? I wish he played for us!'
We don't have a single one of those players. Most teams have at least one, if not several.

Normally I hate conspiracy theories, but that first goal - the commentators didn't show a single replay that clearly shows whether or not there was an offside.
AND the goal wasn't discussed in the halftime break. Since when do goals not get discussed in the break?
Just makes it look really, really suspicious...

Not a conspiracy, you're 100% correct. I think it's more to do with the fact that those discussions are designed to be in the defence of the majority fans, for instance a Melbourne Victory or a Sydney FC controversy so the bulk of fans sitting at home watching can be like "Yeh that was f**ked, well said Bozza". They know we don't have any fans, so they don't bother. Sad reality.

Maybe. My conspiracy theory wonders if there's an instruction to make sure we don't stand a chance, so at the end of the season they can start having discussions about handing over our license to one of the parties that was unsuccessful in the expansion bid.

I mean, if that was the case, this is EXACTLY how the commentators would handle it. Goal? What goal?

I know, it's stupid, but when teams aren't treated evenly and fairly by the commentator team - and clear controversies are ignored - it LOOKS really, really suspicious.

Even Jet's fans will start feeling sorry for us.
I wonder if Rudan could have done better if he came to the Mariners?

We've spent most of this season without a fitness coach, haven't we?
Just amazing how many injuries we have. Seems like the sort of thing that actual fitness and conditioning would help prevent.

Given we're continuing to set records for the worst team in the history of the league, I think we can safely say he wouldn't have done any worse.
