ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

R21 Glory vs CCM

That would probably be the smartest thing Perth Glory have done in the last 8 years. A midfield with Burns and Culina sitting behind Liam Miller would be pretty bloody good.

so which , a league, nsl or other did he coach?
He didn't but that doesn't mean he's a nobody. Everybody starts somewhere, and his resume is better than Aloisi, Mulvey, Valkanis... etc. Plus he's a former Glory player and a Perth native. Good signing.

Bugger. Teams always lift when their coach is sacked. Look at Adelaide. Bad timing for us. But we have the quality to deal with it this weekend.

. not being part of the facebook generation i can't "like" that comment ... but i can agree

. no doubt perth will have suddenly jumped up several rungs on the sbs love ladder ... without having even played a a game under their new coach i am sure they are already playing an attractive brand of football

Definitely, would have been a lot better for us had Sage waited just one more week. Could have claimed another manager's scalp too.

with how the boys are playing they'll still dismantle them. the new coach will have his own ideas and as such they'll be inconsistant over an entire game

poor guy, someone has to be at the bottom of the ladder. Fergie was good at the Mariners though in fairness never really did all that much with NQ Fury either and this was a shot of faith by Perth to give him a solid go. with their players they should be doing better
