Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Our wingers don't even overlap or make it to the byline. And they barely drive into the box.

Theo keeps doing stepovers and getting caught. Torres keeps cutting in and fkn shooting high and wide. Neither get many crosses in let alone effective ones like Smith did for the Kaltak goal.

While I’m not with those who say he should be crossing all the time, he does imo dribble and go direct a bit too often But whether off the bench or starting, he has played a decent number of dangerous balls and a few precise cut backs that have been missed… week before Wilson. Last game, Tulio.

Players like him are prone to frustrate when it’s not coming together, and he does seem like a player many are keen to dump on. But imo he’s clearly a lot better than many other wide attackers we’ve had and has obvious potential. He should be on three assists already if our finishing had been remotely clinical.

While he’s a pretty awful defender. I do like that he’s been trying to show how committed he is to putting in.

He's been a bit unlucky as well, had some great shots that have hit woodwork or been unexpectedly saved.

Alou - Aerial threat. Fast. Super athletic and canbout jump anyone in the league but a little uncomfortable with ball coming into his feet for snap shots. Miss hit with left foot was bad on the weekend.

Torres doesn’t cross for Koul. Cut in shoot. The end.

Theo takes to long to decide to beat 3 players on the dribble. Let’s defense get set. Can still get through and create but the others are a bit lost to what he is doing. Doesn’t cross high for Koul.

Wilson. Not doing much in unnatural position. No crossing for Koul.

Tulio can slip in passes but Koul not really that instinctive striker to pounce on a slip through. More for the wingers.

Overall Koul doesn’t suit the team we have.

Can’t remember who put those balls into him when he was a highlight reel. But he needs space to use his athleticism

Alou doesn't seem to do much of anything except run fast right now
He did absolutely nothing until his last ten minutes when he finally started to look interested (and just a little dangerous). MJ must've already decided to take him off though.

It looked to me like Jacko dragged him. He had 2 glorious chances right up his alley and he totally butchered them. Right now, alou looks more likely to get sent or injure himself pressing defenders.
Something seemed off with him on the weekend…

Compare Alou with Irankunda on the weekend.

Irankunda frequently looked disinterested - just standing around ballwatching - but every couple of minutes he'd suddenly burst into action, losing his markers, and is without a doubt the hottest property in AL football right now.

Alou just stood about looking disinterested and ballwatching. Leapt into action just before he was hooked.

Have to agree with earlier comments that the front four didn't seem to know what was expected and where they were supposed to go. Nizz needs to go back to 8 and let Tulio have the space.
